You have no need to protect your Windows access with a password? Perform following steps to eliminate the prompt for user and password after startup:
- click Start, click Run… and enter in the Open field: control userpasswords2
- in the pop-up window, uncheck “Users must enter a username and password to use this computer” box and click Apply
- in the new pop-up window, confirm the password to be used for autologon and click OK
