Because I regularly update existing posts instead of writing new ones each time the contents needs to be changed, it would make sense to also show the last modified post first instead of alphabetically or by creation date. In order to do this some source code of the WordPress theme needs to be modified.

WordPress provides the possibility to add both multiple categories and multiple tags to each post. In order to avoid chaos and confusion I decided upon the following usage policy for this site:

After installing the WP-stats plug-in a smiling face or “smiley” suddenly appears in the footer, but with this code that I found on the WordPress forum you can remove it without loosing the functionality of wp_footer.
HTTP error 500 when uploading images to WordPress

I ran into “http error 500″ while using the flash upload to get images from my PC into WordPress.
