In order to avoid pressing a button on your phone unintentionally you can set an interval to lock the keypad automatically when your not using it.

Sound files transferred with the Nokia PC Suite software are stored in the Music folder of the phone. However, there is no option to directly set a sound file from the music gallery as a ringtone.
